- Exchanges are subject to availability due to the limited nature of our collections.
- Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- For hygiene and esthetic reasons accessories (excluding faulty items) are not eligible for exchange.
- Artwork Protection:
- Garments with unique artwork are a hallmark of Beatta J Collection. To preserve the exclusivity and integrity of our designs, all artwork must be intact for an exchange to be processed.
- How to Initiate an Exchange:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@beattajcollection.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Clearly state the reason for the exchange and provide your order number.
- Limited Exchange Window:
- Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Any requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us for an exchange.
- Beatta J Collection will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item(s) back to you.
- Quality Assurance:
- Each item undergoes rigorous quality checks before shipment. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
- Final Sale Items:
- Certain items may be marked as final sale, and these are not eligible for exchange.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
